  • Aadhar Card of Applicant and Family Members
  • Ration Card / Residence Proof
  • Two Passport-size Photographs
  • Bank Passbook (for wage payments)

🟩 Application Process (अर्ज प्रक्रिया)

  • Visit your Grampanchayat Office and collect the MNREGA registration form.
  • Fill in all details related to the applicant and family members.
  • Attach the required documents and photographs.
  • Submit the form to the Gramsevak or Programme Officer.
  • After verification, your name will be included in the MNREGA labour list, and a Job Card will be issued.
